How Much Does An Immigration Bond Cost?

First Choice Immigration Bail Bonds offers THE most cost effective immigration bond available anywhere!  We charge a one time flat rate of 12%.  This is a one time fee (no annual renewal) unlike many of our competitors who charge an annual fee with a minimum of two years upfront.

For example, if your immigration bond is set at $10,000 we charge $1200.  That''s it for the life of the bond.  It is very common for immigration cases to last longer than 3 years.  In fact, we have heard of cases lasting as long as 10 years!

Some agencies charge annual premiums which have to be paid every year that the bond is in force. Thus, if the bond lasts 5 years, the premium will have to be paid 5 times. We do not charge an annual premium for our immigration bonds, so the cost is the same regardless of whether your case lasts 1 year or 10 years.

We do not charge Application Fees or Renewal Fees.

Collateral:

We do require collateral for immigration bonds.  Collateral can be in the form of Credit Cards or Property. The funds can come from multiple people or any combination of property, cash, credit cards etc.  You will get all of your collateral back as soon as the bond has been discharged provided there was no breach.  Even if there is a breach, you will still get your collateral back after expenses and fees have been covered. 

We can even use a credit card for collateral without ever charging it so you never incur interest build up or fees.  We have developed a program allowing us to pre-authorize a credit card in a repeating cycle.  This allows us to hold the funds against your credit card without actually capturing the money.  If there were ever a breach of the bond, we would be able to successfully charge the credit card being used as collateral, but until that time, it would not cost you any money.  This gives our clients one of the cheapest and most flexible collateral options available anywhere!
